Your time is precious—and so is mine. Here's everything you need to know before reserving your appointment at The Hair Glossarie.

All appointments are scheduled online through my booking site.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
❁ Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee, as noted during the booking process.
❁ Satisfaction Guarantee
I take pleasure in my work and want you to feel confident and beautiful.
If you are not satisfied with your results, I offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment. Due to the time and product investment in each appointment, I do not offer refunds.
In the event that I’m fully booked, I will gladly offer you my next available time slot.
